Sift, an AI-powered fraud platform, is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join their EMEA team. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, supporting Enterprise Account Executives in demonstrating Sift's fraud solution to major businesses worldwide. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Sales Engineering experience and strong technical skills in programming and databases.

The role involves working with Sift's largest prospects, architecting solutions, and being a technical subject matter expert for the product suite. You'll be part of a creative team that solves complex Digital Trust challenges and influences product development based on market needs.

Key responsibilities include evangelizing the Sift platform, simplifying complex business problems through custom integrations, and enabling the organization through improved processes. The position requires excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Develop internal knowledge, tooling, and process to improve sales cycle efficiency

Requirements For Sales Engineer, EMEA

  • 3-5 years experience working as a Sales Engineer in a technical sales cycle
  • Strong technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar field
  • Outstanding customer-facing communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, or similar languages
  • Familiarity with API-based SaaS products
  • Experience with web servers and common databases
  • Ability to read and write SQL
  • Ability to work effectively in teams
