Responsibilities For IT Engineer - Google Workspace & Slack

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Google Workspace and Slack environments
  • Provide technical support for remote users on Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within Google Workspace and Slack
  • Improve integration between Google Workspace and Slack
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote users
  • Ensure security compliance for collaboration platforms and devices
  • Implement remote monitoring and management tools
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Develop and deliver training programs and documentation
  • Implement automation scripts for common tasks

Requirements For IT Engineer - Google Workspace & Slack

Linux
  • Google Workspace Administrator, Slack Administrator, or CompTIA ITF certifications (preferred)
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration
  • Strong experience in remote IT support for Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Knowledge of remote device management and monitoring tools
  • Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards
  • Excellent project management skills
