Sigma Defense is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst/Engineer to join their prestigious team working on the MQ-25 and Unmanned Carrier Aviation (UCA) Mission Control System (UMCS) program. Responsibilities For Senior Systems Analyst/Engineer

  • Participate in Network integration and testing support events within Government test facilities
  • Develop and maintain documentation for test planning, execution, and reporting
  • Perform technical document reviews and participate in technical working groups
  • Lead ADNS team, overseeing network systems integration
  • Lead complex systems engineering tasks, including system design, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
  • Liaison with lab managers and system administrators

Requirements For Senior Systems Analyst/Engineer

  • 10+ years of experience managing DoD or other Government Unclassified and Classified Systems/Networks
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a program or program of record
  • Master's degree in Network Engineering, IT Management, or related field
  • Must possess or obtain an active Secret security clearance
  • IAT level II certification (within 6 months of hire)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Strong knowledge of Naval Operations/Communications
  • Familiarity with DoD and USN C4I concepts and systems
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
