Founding Fullstack Engineer

Silver.dev is seeking its first developer to build a digital product from scratch and consolidate the company's digital portfolio. As Argentina's premier talent platform, Silver.dev has built an impressive portfolio of startups since 2023, including partnerships with X.com, Ramp, Scale, and several YC-backed companies.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with Founder Gabriel Benmergui, creating a 0-1 product using modern tools. You'll be at the center of the talent market, interacting with hundreds of Argentine developers and top-tier startups, gaining invaluable insights into how they search for and select talent.

We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer with 3+ years of experience, preferably with TypeScript, React, and Next.js/Vercel stack. The ideal candidate should demonstrate technical independence, strong English skills (B2+), and a powerful sense of ownership.

Bonus points for:

• Experience shipping products with active users or revenue
• Background in recruiting industry, marketplaces, or operations
