Sr. Software Engineer - Ecommerce

SimpliSafe is a high-tech home security company passionate about protecting homes and keeping Every Home Secure. We're seeking a Sr. Software Engineer for our Ecommerce team to join our growing Enterprise Information Systems team. This role will be crucial in improving how customers learn about our product, interact with our website, and receive their home security systems.

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll work on new and existing projects, building solutions from inception to production. You'll be involved in design, development, testing, and deployment, providing input on process improvements and architecting solutions across multiple platforms and services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Using the best tools for the job to create right-sized, tested, and reliable services
• Working on new features, A/B tests, and our public-facing website throughout the sales funnel
• Developing and maintaining backend services and APIs
• Collaborating with operations teams to integrate tools and services for call centers
• Working with QA engineers on E2E tests during CI/CD
• Building self-service internal tools and improving processes

We're embracing a hybrid work model, with two core days (typically Tuesday and Wednesday) in our state-of-the-art office and flexibility for the remainder of the week.
