We're seeking a Lead Salesforce/SaaS Test Engineer to join our SaaS Business Applications team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our business applications and tools, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ implementation, GainSight, NetSuite, and integration projects. You'll be working with a talented team of Salesforce administrators and developers to build and maintain a flawless quote-to-cash flow.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of QA experience in the Salesforce environment, particularly in CPQ testing with Subscription business concepts. You'll be responsible for developing test plans, executing various testing types, and managing bug tracking through JIRA. Strong technical skills in SQL, SOQL, and API testing are essential, along with experience in data analytics reports/dashboards testing.

Responsibilities For Lead Salesforce/SaaS Test Engineer
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications
- Perform functional, regression, system integration, and automated testing
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs using JIRA
- Manage and maintain test cycles within JIRA
- Collaborate with salesforce administrators, developers and UAT resources
- Participate in requirements review sessions
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
- Validate analytics reports and third party SaaS sales application integrations
- Build and run robotic automation testing
Requirements For Lead Salesforce/SaaS Test Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in CSE/MCA or equivalent work experience
- Six+ years of QA experience in salesforce environment, especially in CPQ testing
- Willing to work 3 to 4 days in USA PST time zone till 11:00 AM PST
- Strong knowledge of SQA tools (Test Rail & JIRA) and SQL database querying
- Experience with CPQ/Quote To Cash Testing and Subscription models
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, Agile Scrum, and API Testing
- Experience with data analytics reports/dashboards testing
- Strong written and oral communication skills
