Responsibilities For Senior Data Engineer
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines that integrate data from corporate systems using Databricks, Delta Lake, dbt, and Snowflake
- Optimize data pipeline performance and scalability
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the enterprise data warehouse
- Build highly scalable, distributed data systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support business-critical data infrastructure
Requirements For Senior Data Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on data engineering
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Snowflake, and data storage solutions like Delta Lake or Iceberg
- Deep understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline architecture
- Expertise in SQL and data modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
