As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll play a vital role in building and expanding the core machine learning capabilities of Sinch's AI offering. You'll work in the Generative AI team, contributing to various Sinch products with AI capabilities.
Your responsibilities include interacting with stakeholders, analyzing data, experimenting with algorithms, deploying ML solutions, exploring new AI technologies, and setting up proof-of-concepts. You'll have the autonomy to define objectives and take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle.
We're looking for an AI enthusiast with at least five years of ML experience, familiar with concepts like clustering, embeddings, and neural networks. You should have experience taking ML applications to production, strong software engineering skills, and proficiency in Python. Experience with LLM-based applications is crucial.

- Interact with stakeholders to understand problem details and requirements

- Experiment with, apply, and benchmark new algorithms

Requirements For Senior Machine Learning Engineer
- AI enthusiast who keeps up with the latest trends in AI and ML
- At least five years of experience working with machine learning
- Familiarity with common machine learning concepts such as clustering, embeddings, neural networks
- Experience taking machine learning applications into production
- Skilled in software engineering practices (REST APIs, tracing, caching, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring)
- Experience building LLM-based applications
- Proficiency in Python
- Fluency in English
