Sinch, a Customer Communication Cloud company with over 150,000 business clients, is seeking an experienced Software Developer Manager to lead a global team of developers. This role involves working closely with Sinch's customers to build conversational solutions and guide system implementation within the conversational domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing engineering teams, building high-performance distributed systems, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include team leadership, strategic alignment, and operational excellence. The manager will oversee developers in various regions, conduct performance evaluations, facilitate cross-team collaboration, and drive the implementation of the Conversational Strategy. They will work closely with leaders to develop solutions that align with the company's conversational strategy and ensure the teams follow best practices in software engineering.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer, strong technical expertise in building services for developers, and proficiency in languages like Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript. The ideal candidate should have experience with trunk-based development, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and CI/CD toolsets. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential, as the role involves close engagement with customers and guiding solution implementation.
