Software Engineer, Managed Services

Our managed service simplifies database operations for customers using the latest capabilities of major cloud providers and the Kubernetes ecosystem.

As a Software Engineer in our Managed Services team, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working on challenging technical problems in networking, control plane, and scaling services. You'll design and implement new capabilities for our cloud offering, collaborating closely with product teams to meet the needs of our most demanding customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a world-class managed service for an innovative operational database solution in the cloud
• Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality experiences
• Contribute to the team's engineering process to improve scalability and timely project delivery
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a welcoming team environment

Required Skills:

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized services
• Proficiency in networking technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Private Links, Nginx, Envoy, Istio)
• 2+ years of experience working on a SaaS product
• Knowledge of distributed systems (preferably using Golang, Python, or C/C++)
• Passion for building robust, maintainable products in a fast-paced environment
