Salesforce Developer

At SiteMinder, we're seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Business Operations team. This role is crucial in our continuous release cycle, working on major and minor requirements that add significant value to the business. You'll spend 60-70% of your time on new requirements/projects and about 30% on production incidents.

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll:

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand our business and system landscape
• Maintain and update technical documentation
• Work within an agile delivery framework, responsible for release candidates
• Build, test, and deploy solutions independently or collaboratively
• Use code branching and version control practices
• Participate in release planning and own technical documentation
• Handle BAU production issues related to code
• Proactively identify and remediate technical optimization areas

Key requirements:

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development across sales, service, and community clouds
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, and Aura framework
• Experience with Lightning Flows, Visualforce, and LWC
• Background in continuous release cycles and production support
• Proficiency in version control, sandbox management, and deployments
• Trailhead Ranger status and passion for continual learning
