Staff Engineer - React Native

Join Sitetracker as a Staff Software Engineer in their Engineering Team, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the mobile application experience. This position offers an opportunity to lead and influence technical decisions while working on cutting-edge mobile development using React Native.

As a technical leader, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing new customer functionality while supporting existing features. The role requires expertise in mobile application development for both Android and iOS platforms, with a strong focus on React Native development. You'll work closely with Product and Design teams to expand the company's reach into new markets and verticals.

Within your first 60 days, you'll become an expert in the mobile application's functionality and codebase, complete the Sitetracker Engineering Development Plan, and begin leading technical initiatives. By 180 days, you'll be a main contributor to the mobile codebase, participating in architectural decisions and bringing the application up to industry standards. After a year, you'll be the point of reference for the mobile application and drive significant architectural improvements.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with REST APIs, core Javascript concepts, and Redux. You'll be expected to build complex mobile applications with reusable components, implement pixel-perfect designs, and maintain high-quality standards through thorough testing practices. Your technical leadership will be crucial in guiding the team's direction and contributing to the long-term technical vision of the platform.
