Description For Workplace & Support Engineer (F/M/X)

Skeepers is a dynamic scale-up with over 400 employees, focused on connecting brands and consumers worldwide through authentic UGC experiences. As the Workplace & Support Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in defining, evolving, and maintaining the technological solutions that power the work environment for 350 collaborators.

The position combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring you to manage the company's IT infrastructure while contributing to its digital workplace strategy. You'll be responsible for everything from day-to-day IT operations and user support to security implementation and strategic planning for workplace technology.

Key areas of focus include IT infrastructure management, user support, security enhancement, and strategic workplace technology planning. You'll work with Microsoft environments, handle identity and access management, and contribute to the company's growth by supporting the integration of new companies into the group.

The ideal candidate should have a master's degree and proven experience in Modern Workplace solutions, particularly with Microsoft technologies. Strong technical skills combined with excellent communication abilities are essential, as you'll be working with users across the organization and contributing to international projects.

Responsibilities For Workplace & Support Engineer (F/M/X)

  • Manage IT infrastructure and user support
  • Administer and manage IT equipment (workstations, license inventory, Office 365 tenant administration, network equipment management)
  • Handle incidents and user service requests
  • Improve support processes and tools
  • Manage identity and access (IAM)
  • Secure endpoints and infrastructure
  • Implement security best practices in Microsoft environment
  • Conduct technology watch and market solution analysis
  • Build business cases for new solutions
  • Participate in workplace environment improvement projects
  • Support integration of new companies into the Group

Requirements For Workplace & Support Engineer (F/M/X)

  • Higher education (minimum Bac +5/Master's degree)
  • Proven experience as a Modern Workplace specialist
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments: Office 365, Azure AD, MS Endpoint Manager
  • Familiar with IT system and network technical architectures
  • Technical English proficiency (written and oral)
  • Strong organizational and listening skills
  • Ability to adapt to user and business needs
