Description For Workplace & Support Engineer (F/M/X)

Skeepers is a dynamic scale-up with over 400 employees, focused on connecting brands and consumers worldwide through authentic UGC (User Generated Content) experiences. As the Workplace & Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for defining, evolving, and maintaining the technological solutions that compose the work environment for 350 collaborators. The role combines technical expertise in Microsoft environments with user support and security management.

You'll be managing the IT infrastructure, handling user support, and ensuring smooth operations across the organization. Key responsibilities include administering the Office 365 tenant, managing network equipment, and implementing security best practices. The position requires strong technical skills in Microsoft environments (Office 365, Azure AD, MS Endpoint Manager) and the ability to contribute to the company's Modern Workplace strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and proven experience in Modern Workplace solutions. You'll need excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an international environment. Responsibilities For Workplace & Support Engineer (F/M/X)

  • Manage IT infrastructure and user support
  • Administer and manage IT equipment (workstations, license inventory, Office 365 tenant administration, network equipment management)
  • Manage user service incidents and requests
  • Improve support processes and tools
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Secure endpoints and infrastructure (firewall, Zscaler solutions)
  • Implement security best practices in Microsoft environment
  • Technology watch and market solution analysis
  • Build business cases for new solutions adoption
  • Participate in workplace environment improvement projects
  • Support integration of new companies into the Group

Requirements For Workplace & Support Engineer (F/M/X)

  • Higher education (minimum Bac +5/Master's degree)
  • Proven experience as a Modern Workplace specialist
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments: Office 365, Azure AD, MS Endpoint Manager
  • Familiar with IT system and network technical architectures
  • Technical English proficiency (written and oral)
  • Organized and adaptable to user and business needs
  • Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills
