Workplace & Support Engineer (F/M/X)

Skeepers is a dynamic scale-up with over 400 employees, focused on connecting brands and consumers worldwide through authentic UGC (User Generated Content) experiences. As the Workplace & Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for defining, evolving, and maintaining the technological solutions that compose the work environment for 350 collaborators. The role combines technical expertise in Microsoft environments with user support and security management.

You'll be managing the IT infrastructure, handling user support, and ensuring smooth operations across the organization. Key responsibilities include administering the Office 365 tenant, managing network equipment, and implementing security best practices. The position requires strong technical skills in Microsoft environments (Office 365, Azure AD, MS Endpoint Manager) and the ability to contribute to the company's Modern Workplace strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and proven experience in Modern Workplace solutions. You'll need excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an international environment.
