Skeleton Technologies, a Global Cleantech 100 company, is seeking an Industrial Engineer - Testing to join their dynamic team. The role is crucial in their mission to build a net zero future through advanced energy storage solutions. The position focuses on improving production processes, quality enhancement, and technical optimization of their supercapacitor and SuperBattery technologies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of electrical testing experience and will be responsible for yield improvements, quality initiatives, and process optimization. They will work with cutting-edge technology based on patented curved graphene, representing the biggest technological advancement in the industry in the last 20 years.

The company operates across multiple locations including Tallinn (Estonia), Großröhrsdorf, Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Finland, and Berlin, with plans to open the world's largest supercapacitor factory in the Leipzig area. They work with major automotive and industrial OEMs, truck fleet operators, and aerospace contractors.

Responsibilities For Industrial Engineer - Testing (m/f/x)

Yield and efficiency improvements in the current production process
Initiate quality improvement activities & projects
Conduct literature research for new processing approaches
Prepare documentation related to production process optimization
Continuous improvement of module assembly, welding and potting processes
Design, develop and implement efficient production
Design production tools to improve processes
Work with DFA-review and new product design
Analyze customer and internal claims as member of 8D team

Requirements For Industrial Engineer - Testing (m/f/x)

Minimum 3 years of Electrical Testing experience
Knowledge & experience of product development & product launch
Background in electronics, automotive industry or automatic high production volume lines
Excellent written and verbal English skills & minimum of B2 level of German
Knowledge of Yield, OEE
Hands-on mentality
Excellent communication skills
Low hierarchical approach to management & focus on team-driven results
