Java Developer

Skydropx is revolutionizing logistics in Latin America through innovative solutions and a team of visionary individuals committed to transforming the industry. As a Java Developer, you'll be integral to our mission of helping LATAM businesses streamline their logistics operations.

In this role, you'll work closely with other developers and the product team to define, design, and create services that drive our software products using modern architecture and development methodologies. You'll be responsible for analyzing needs to ensure solutions align with current architecture and operational environment, while creating functionalities and improvements in our existing services and products.

You'll be involved in developing secure, well-tested features, writing technical documentation, solving complex technical challenges, and mentoring junior team members.

Key technical requirements include 4+ years of Java development experience, strong distributed systems knowledge, and excellent communication skills in both English (B2+) and Spanish. You'll be working with modern development practices and contributing to large-scale distributed systems.
