Your role involves analyzing needs to ensure solutions consider current architecture and operational environment, while creating functionalities and improvements in our existing services and products. You'll be responsible for developing secure, well-tested features, writing technical documentation, and solving moderate complexity technical challenges.

We're looking for someone with strong Python expertise, particularly with Django, and experience in distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience and be comfortable mentoring junior engineers. Proficiency in both English (B2+) and Spanish is required.
