Senior Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing shipping processes for thousands of businesses, owning the architecture and implementation of crucial platform features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality standards through comprehensive testing and monitoring.

We're looking for a solid Ruby on Rails developer or a polyglot programmer who can adapt to Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of garbage collectors, language interpreters, and virtual machines, with experience in concurrency and parallelism. They should excel in writing clean, well-tested, performant code and be familiar with various web technologies and frameworks.

This role requires someone who stays current with library ecosystems and language communities, can drive technical conversations, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience with advanced programming concepts like metaprogramming and aspect-oriented programming is essential.
