As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing shipping processes for thousands of businesses. Your primary focus will be on Ruby on Rails development, with additional work in JavaScript. You'll be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of key features of the Skydropx platform, ensuring high-quality standards through comprehensive testing and performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate is a solid Ruby on Rails developer or a polyglot programmer capable of adapting to Ruby on Rails. You should have advanced knowledge of garbage collectors, language interpreters, and virtual machines, with experience in concurrency and parallelism. Your expertise should extend to writing clean, well-tested, performant code, and you should be familiar with various web technologies and frameworks.

This role requires a continuous learning mindset, with a particular focus on Ruby internals and virtual machine details. You'll work closely with the broader engineering team, sharing knowledge and driving best practices. The position demands someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and act as an excellent community ambassador, capable of steering technical conversations towards effective solutions.
