Software Engineer Jr (Ruby on Rails)

Your primary objective will be to master the various tools, applications, and processes used in the company, as well as contribute to the development and improvement of basic functionalities in our software products and services, primarily on the backend.

Key responsibilities include developing features, implementing improvements, and solving technical problems of moderate complexity. You'll work closely with a mentor to understand development workflows, ensure code quality and maintainability, and gain a deep understanding of our applications, services, and business model.

We're seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience in software design and development, particularly with Ruby and JavaScript. Strong English skills (B2 or higher) are essential, as is the ability to communicate technical ideas effectively and collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.

While not required, experience with GCP, Kafka, Pub/Sub, microservices, API development, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes would be highly valued.
