Key responsibilities include developing functionalities, improvements, and solving technical problems of easy complexity and scope, working with a mentor to understand development flows, ensuring code style and best practices, and learning about software development methodologies and tools.
Requirements include 1-2 years of experience with Ruby and JavaScript, strong English skills (B2 or higher), and knowledge of software engineering best practices. Experience with GCP, Kafka, Pub/Sub, microservices, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is desirable but not mandatory.

- Essential: English B2 or higher.
- 1-2 years of experience in software design and development of rack applications with Ruby and JavaScript.
- Knowledge and/or professional experience in software engineering and best practices for the complete software development lifecycle (including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations).
- Hands-on experience in writing and distributing large-scale distributed systems and high-quality client-server architectures.
- Able to effectively communicate technical ideas and collaborate with technical and non-technical peers.
