Software Engineer Jr (Ruby on Rails)

As a Junior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails), you'll work in a dynamic, ambitious, and multicultural work environment. Your goal will be to understand and master the different tools, applications, and processes used in the company, as well as contribute to the development and improvement of basic functionalities in the company's software products and services, mainly in the backend.

Key responsibilities include developing functionalities, improvements, and solving technical problems of easy complexity and scope, working with a mentor to understand development flows, ensuring code style and best practices, and learning about software development methodologies and tools.

Requirements include 1-2 years of experience with Ruby and JavaScript, strong English skills (B2 or higher), and knowledge of software engineering best practices. Experience with GCP, Kafka, Pub/Sub, microservices, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is desirable but not mandatory.
