Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you'll work closely with other developers and the product team to define, design, and create services that drive our software products, using modern architecture and development methodologies.

Your challenges in the team will include:

• Developing new features and improvements for our products and services in a secure and well-tested manner, following company guidelines.
• Writing detailed technical documentation.
• Solving technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Ensuring code style, maintainability, and best practices.
• Mentoring Junior Engineers in your team to help them develop their technical skills and remove obstacles to their autonomy.
• Confidently launching features and improvements of moderate size with minimal guidance and support from other team members.

Requirements:

• Essential: English B2 or higher.
• 4+ years of experience in software design and rack application development with Ruby and JavaScript.
• Experience creating microservices and consumption APIs.
• Solid knowledge and professional experience in software engineering and best practices for the full software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in writing and distributing large-scale distributed systems and high-quality client-server architectures.
• Able to effectively communicate technical ideas and collaborate with technical and non-technical peers.
