Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

As a Ruby on Rails Developer at Skydropx, you'll work closely with other developers and the product team to define, design, and create services that drive our software products, using modern architecture and development methodologies. You'll analyze needs to ensure that the solution being developed takes into account the current architecture and operational environment, as well as create functionalities and improvements in our current services and products.

Your challenges in the team will include developing new features and improvements for our products and services, writing technical documentation, solving technical problems, ensuring code quality, mentoring junior engineers, and confidently launching features with minimal guidance.

We're looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in software design and development with Ruby and JavaScript, experience with microservices and APIs, and a solid understanding of software engineering best practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a distributed team are essential.
