You'll work on developing features, improvements, and solving technical problems, collaborating with a mentor to understand development flows, and ensuring code quality and best practices. The role requires 1-2 years of experience with Ruby and JavaScript, strong English skills, and knowledge of software engineering best practices. Experience with GCP, Kafka, microservices, and containerization tools is a plus. Responsibilities For Support Engineer (Ruby on Rails)
- Develop functionalities, improvements, and solve technical problems of easy complexity and scope.
- Work together with a mentor to understand development flows.

- Understand the logic of applications and/or services as well as the business model.
- Learn about software development methodology, design patterns, tools, etc. with which you are not familiar.
Requirements For Support Engineer (Ruby on Rails)
- Essential: English B2 or higher.
- 1-2 years of experience in software design and development of rack applications with Ruby and JavaScript.
- Knowledge and/or professional experience in software engineering and best practices for the complete software development lifecycle (including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations).
- Hands-on experience in writing and distributing large-scale distributed systems and high-quality client-server architectures.
- Able to effectively communicate technical ideas and collaborate with technical and non-technical peers.
