The role requires an experienced DevOps professional with 8-10 years of expertise to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge DevOps solutions on Microsoft Azure. You'll be responsible for spearheading cloud infrastructure initiatives, managing CI/CD pipelines, and implementing Infrastructure as Code practices.
As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you'll work with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and efficient cloud solutions while driving innovation and best practices. The position demands deep knowledge of Azure services, containerization, and modern DevOps practices. You'll be instrumental in establishing Azure governance, optimizing cloud resources, and ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.

Responsibilities For Lead DevOps Engineer
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver tailored DevOps solutions
- Design and implement DevOps architectures, roadmaps, and plans in alignment with Azure Well-Architected Framework
- Establish and manage Azure governance through Azure Policies, Azure Active Directory, and Azure RBAC
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for fully automated deployments
- Automate cloud resource provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code tools
- Lead containerization initiatives, including Kubernetes-based architectures
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and cost-efficiency standards
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements For Lead DevOps Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related role
- Proven expertise in deploying and managing Azure cloud environments
- Strong proficiency in Azure resource management, cost optimization, and monitoring
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform proficiency is a must)
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes and containerized workload management
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
