The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating robust front-end solutions using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and WordPress CMS. This role combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving, requiring strong UI/UX design understanding to build scalable and high-quality user interfaces.

As a Front End Web Developer, you'll work directly with designers and back-end developers, transforming wireframes into responsive, cross-browser compatible web pages. You'll be instrumental in maintaining brand consistency, optimizing web performance, and implementing SEO best practices.

Responsibilities For Front End Web Developer

  • Collaborate with designers to transform UI/UX wireframes into front-end code
  • Write high-quality, scalable, and repeatable code
  • Optimize Web properties for maximum speed and scalability
  • Develop and maintain responsive, cross-browser compatible webpages using WordPress CMS
  • Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in front-end codebases
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
  • Build web applications with web development best practices
  • Work with SEO analyst to optimize web pages
  • Implement and optimize on-site search
  • Work with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases

Requirements For Front End Web Developer

JavaScript
PHP
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or applicable experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX/responsive design principles
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with version control systems
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
  • Prior experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment
  • Experience with JavaScript libraries such jQuery
