This role offers a unique opportunity to work with industry-favorite tools like TestComplete, Swagger, ReadyAPI, and Zephyr, while supporting the Collaborator code and document review product.

As a Customer Care Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of technical support, working directly with customers to resolve issues through various channels including email, screen share, live chat, and phone. You'll collaborate closely with development teams, gaining invaluable knowledge of systems and enhancing your technical expertise. Requirements For Customer Care Engineer

Java
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or technical equivalent
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work with remote teams
  • Knowledge of at least 1 programming language
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments
