Description For Developer Relations Engineer

SmartBear is seeking a skilled Developer Relations Engineer to join their growing global team. This role combines technical expertise with community engagement, focusing on observability and OpenTelemetry technologies.

As a DevRel at SmartBear, you'll be responsible for creating engaging technical content, delivering presentations worldwide, and building relationships with developer communities. You'll work closely with observability teams, emphasizing standards like OpenTelemetry, and help customers tackle application development and deployment challenges.

The role requires deep technical knowledge in logs, metrics, traces, OpenTelemetry, and cloud platforms, along with superior communication skills. You'll create sample applications, author technical content, and represent SmartBear at global events.
