This role involves troubleshooting and solving technical support issues for customers, working closely with development teams, and continuously expanding technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of customer-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of modern web application technologies. Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues via various channels, collaborating with internal teams, and being a customer advocate. The role requires familiarity with technologies such as Typescript, React, GraphQL, REST, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes/Docker, nginx, OpenAPI, and JSON Schema.
