Description For Senior Product Support Engineer, Insight Hub

SmartBear, a leading software quality tools provider, is seeking a Senior Product Support Engineer for their Insight Hub team. This role focuses on supporting BugSnag, their software stability platform trusted by major companies like Airbnb, Slack, and Pinterest, processing over 1 billion crash reports daily.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with highly technical customers, helping them integrate BugSnag's open source notifier libraries into their applications. You'll be part of a dynamic team that develops in-house tools, collaborates with platform and backend engineering teams, and maintains direct customer interaction.

As a Senior Product Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with development teams. The role requires expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with a focus on both customer service and technical problem-solving.

  • Provide in-depth technical support to customers via email, GitHub, screenshare, and live chat
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical support issues
