This role is crucial in the transformation of their test management product line while maintaining market leadership.

The position requires a skilled engineer who can tackle complex customer escalations, combining technical expertise with strong customer service abilities. You'll be working directly with customer-facing issues, providing technical solutions, and collaborating across Engineering, QA, and Support teams. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on coding, problem-solving, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer Product Support

  • Solve customer escalated issues with high priority
  • Debug application code and provide patches when required
  • Interact with Engineering, QA and Support teams
  • Provide technical explanations to customers on calls
  • Deliver detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on problems
  • Provide weekend support and participate in rotational shifts
  • Communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner

Requirements For Senior Software Engineer Product Support

Java
  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Java 8 platform or higher
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
  • Ability to debug application code and provide solutions
  • Strong communication skills for customer interaction
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and be on-call
  • Ability to provide weekend support
