Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer

  • Provide best-in-class technical support service globally
  • Build technical expertise in Facebook products including Ads API, Pages, and Platform
  • Build technical expertise in Instagram & Pinterest advertising platforms
  • Handle support escalations and resolve advertiser issues
  • Perform technical investigations and resolve platform bugs
  • Improve documentation and platform education
  • Assist and train teammates in handling technical issues
  • Identify and fix root causes of problems
  • Participate in product feedback and improvement initiatives

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer

  • Computer Science or Engineering-related education, background, or work experience
  • Prior experience in technical/product support or software development in customer-facing role
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work at the office 3 days per week
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Experience with automation and tool building
