Responsibilities For Senior Power BI Developer
- Capture and direct requirements gathering for reporting analytics solutions
- Conduct key stakeholder meetings for functional specification requirements
- Collaborate with Datawarehouse developers to understand schema
- Perform data profiling and analysis
- Create data models, reports and analyses
- Analyze trends of tools used by the Reporting Team
- Develop, test and deploy solutions to multiple environments
- Implement Power BI row-level security
- Design databases and data warehouses
- Maintain reports and provide ongoing support
- Mentor junior team members and assist team leader
Requirements For Senior Power BI Developer
- Bachelor's Degree in computer-related courses, Information Management, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years experience in Power BI development and deployment
- 2-3 years experience in creating scalable and secure data models
- Advanced DAX knowledge
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Experience with Power BI Pro License
- Expertise in data modeling in Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with various data sources (SQL, API, SharePoint)
- Understanding of Row Level Security (RLS)
