Description For IT Support Engineer

Snappi, an innovative neobank, is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join their technology team. Responsibilities For IT Support Engineer

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and cloud-based applications
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate unresolved issues
  • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on end-user devices
  • Maintain and troubleshoot conference room equipment
  • Assist users with Office 365 issues
  • Support user account management tasks in Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Help troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues
  • Document solutions and provide basic IT guidance to end-users

Requirements For IT Support Engineer

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certifications are a plus
  • Basic understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and cloud-based services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams
  • Exposure to IT ticketing systems
  • Entry-level certifications like CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Fundamentals certifications
