Distinguished Engineer

Key responsibilities include:

• Shaping the trajectory of the entire Snyk stack through strategic technical leadership
• Cultivating emerging technical talent and fostering collaboration among senior technical leaders
• Maintaining hands-on technical involvement in critical cross-functional initiatives
• Providing data-driven insights for technical decisions
• Communicating technical plans to various audiences
• Driving execution of large-scale programmes

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Proficiency in software development, system architecture, and operational practices
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to mentor and develop technical talent
