Senior Solutions Engineer

Snyk is a developer security platform on a mission to make the world more secure by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure. We're seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for our LATAM customers to interface between clients and our product engineering, marketing, partner, and customer success teams.

You'll leverage your business and technical acumen to understand customer needs, conduct DevSecOps workshops, design Snyk-based solutions, and demonstrate deep knowledge of the developer landscape and AI coding capabilities. Your role involves becoming a technical product expert, driving technical sales aspects, providing demonstrations, managing POCs, and educating customers about open-source and cloud-native technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with customers to understand their processes, goals, and challenges
• Conducting DevSecOps workshops and proposing Snyk-based solutions
• Providing technical guidance during implementation
• Interfacing with various internal teams to solve customer problems
• Contributing to proposals and RFP responses
• Staying updated on industry trends and Snyk updates
• Shaping decisions on new features based on customer feedback
• Building relationships with key customers and in the ecosystem
• Participating in industry events and thought leadership

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in enterprise solution engineering, development roles, or enterprise security consulting, with fluency in Portuguese. You should have a proven track record with Global/Enterprise organizations, expert knowledge of DevOps ecosystems and application security, and a passion for learning new technologies.
