Senior Data Engineer

Softeta is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join their team in a remote capacity. The role focuses on overhauling and maintaining large data infrastructure, building datasets that empower data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will create and maintain data pipelines, ensure data accuracy, and push for a single source of truth in data management. With at least 5 years of experience, you'll work with technologies like AirFlow, DBT, and cloud platforms, particularly GCP/BigQuery. The position requires strong technical skills in data engineering, excellent communication abilities, and experience with large-scale data operations. You'll be part of creating an elegant, robust, and well-maintained data infrastructure, while collaborating with other data engineers to determine the best approaches for data management and optimization. The role offers flexibility in work arrangements and the opportunity to work on challenging technical projects.
