SoLa Impact, an award-winning social impact company, is seeking a dedicated Construction Engineer Intern to join their high-achieving team in Los Angeles. The role involves supporting the construction team in various aspects of affordable housing projects, from planning and design to monitoring construction progress. Interns will conduct research on sustainable building practices, assist with project documentation, and participate in pre-construction meetings. This position offers exposure to real-world construction management challenges while contributing to SoLa's mission of creating high-quality affordable housing.
The internship program runs in two cohorts: May-August or June-September, with a full-time schedule (9:00 AM-5:00 PM, M-F) and competitive hourly compensation of $20-$24. The position is based at The Beehive in Los Angeles, providing an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the construction industry.
