The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in backend software engineering and will be working on a management platform designed to simplify the deployment, scaling, and operations of Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments. This platform provides tools and automation for managing Kubernetes in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures, making it easier for organizations to run containerized workloads.

Key responsibilities include developing new features, performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, providing reliability support, managing software releases, and collaborating with customer-facing colleagues to troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure setups. The role requires proficiency in Go and TypeScript, strong experience with container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker, and extensive knowledge of Linux environments.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure provisioning tools, as well as experience with application monitoring and observability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a distributed team serving a global customer base.
