QA Engineer

Solvd is seeking a qualified QA Engineer to join our global testing team. This role involves test analysis and design, manual test execution, and feature QA. The ideal candidate will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to validate software features through meticulous testing, maximizing the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives. The QA Engineer will collaborate with Functional Areas and IT to ensure testing goals, objectives, and expectations are effectively met across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Analyze requirements
• Perform feature testing (including outdoor activities)
• Verify bug fixes
• Create reports
• Conduct manual testing
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members and across the business
• Assist in developing change control processes, practices, and guidelines
• Cultivate and share knowledge of quality assurance best practices
• Become an expert in MFP systems interfaces, processes, and reporting
• Maintain, research updates, and support testing tools
• Transform requirements and Business Process Procedures into test cases and automated testing scripts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Science, or relevant QA testing experience
• 2-3 years of experience in software testing (WEB, Mobile, API)
• Knowledge of development cycle for mobile/web applications
• Understanding of iOS and Android specifics
• Advanced level of Jira/Confluence knowledge
• Experience with TestRail or other test case management systems
• Basics of xCode/Android studio
• Proficiency with monitoring tools: xCode logs, adb logs, browser dev tools
• Knowledge of HTML proxy tools (advantage)
• At least B2 level of English proficiency
