Solutions Engineer - EMEA (Geneva)

Sonar is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the EMEA region, based in Geneva. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in providing deep technical expertise to prospective customers and supporting them in evaluating Sonar's solutions. You'll work as part of the Sales process and engage with Marketing, Product Management, and Development teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Helping customers understand how Sonar's Clean as You Code approach fits their software development lifecycle
• Driving technical aspects of pre-sales opportunities through presentations, demonstrations, and product evaluations
• Advising on the best alignment of Sonar solutions with customer deployment strategies
• Troubleshooting technical issues during product evaluations
• Ensuring successful product adoption post-purchase
• Educating existing customers on advanced product capabilities
• Providing technical enablement to channel partners

Required skills:

• Practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering
• Knowledge of local and cloud-based deployment platforms (Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure)
• Strong demonstration and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Teamwork and knowledge-sharing capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in English
