As a Support Engineer at Sonar, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers integrate and adopt Sonar's solutions, which solve the trillion-dollar challenge of bad code. You'll be part of a diverse team of 24 people from 7 different countries, providing individualized service to customers worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with technical integration across their development pipeline, resolving customer issues, collaborating with Sales and Consultants to enhance customer experience, and contributing to product discussions as the voice of the customer. This role requires a strong background in software engineering best practices, experience with DevOps tools and processes, and excellent problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in DevOps, along with a can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
