Senior Software Engineer

Soraban is building software to help accountants automate their client data intake process, with plans to build a Copilot for accountants. They are looking for a senior software engineer to join their small engineering team of four full-stack engineers to help scale their product.

Tech Stack:

• Ruby on Rails
• Vue
• Postgres
• Heroku
• AWS services

Required Skills & Experience:

• Production experience with Ruby on Rails
• At least 6 years of full-time experience as a software engineer
• Naturally curious and willing to learn new things
• Experience managing or leading a small engineering team

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience shipping a product end-to-end (from frontend to backend/API)
• Self-starter who doesn't need micromanagement
• Persistent and determined, willing to overcome challenges
• Direct experience working with a founder
