As a Customer Engineer in our pre-sales organization, you'll play a crucial role in helping the world's leading technology companies transform their development processes. The position offers unique insights into how top organizations build software at scale.

You'll work directly with prospective customers, leading technical discussions and demonstrations while partnering with Account Executives to drive success. Sourcegraph offers competitive compensation including both salary ($120,000-$192,500 OTE) and equity, recognizing the importance of attracting top talent. We're backed by leading investors like a16z and Sequoia, and trusted by major companies including Stripe, Tesla, and top banks.

The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with customer-facing skills, bringing 2+ years of relevant experience and a passion for solving complex software development challenges.
