Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you'll report directly to the CEO and work with the world's leading software companies to implement and enhance code AI capabilities. This role combines strong technical expertise with customer-facing skills, requiring up to 80% travel for on-site customer engagements.

The position offers rapid growth and learning opportunities, where you'll become intimately familiar with Sourcegraph's tech stack and product features within your first month. By six months, you'll be working with largest customers, building new capabilities, and becoming a go-to expert for complex integrations.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $129,500 to $225,000 based on experience level (IC1-IC5) and location zone, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. You'll be based in San Francisco headquarters, with extensive travel for customer engagements.
