As a Support Engineer at Sourcegraph, you'll be at the forefront of the customer experience in our Technical Success organization. You'll resolve technical issues, educate customers, and identify product improvements. Within your first month, you'll learn about our product, customers, and practices, including Code Search deployment and Cody functionality. By three months, you'll be troubleshooting customer issues and contributing to documentation. At six months, you'll be identifying trends and suggesting improvements for the team and product.
We're looking for curious and compassionate problem-solvers with experience in Unix/Linux, Bash, Kubernetes, and code hosts like GitHub. You should be able to communicate complex technical ideas to various audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional skills in databases, APIs, Git, and coding (especially in Go) are beneficial.
