Test Engineer Lead

Space Systems Integration (SSI) is seeking a Test Engineer Lead for their Colorado Springs location. This role focuses on developing and deploying novel command and control applications within the Program Executive Office's Battle Management Command, Control, and Computers portfolio. The position involves managing developmental test and evaluation programs, leading working groups, and providing comprehensive test support across various domains.

The ideal candidate will work directly with customers to manage critical mission test and evaluation programs. Key responsibilities include leading working groups for test objectives and plan development, providing DevSecOps test support, and handling interface testing for enterprise applications. The role requires extensive experience in test program management and deep knowledge of operational-level command and control systems.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience, active TS/SCI clearance, and expertise in test program management throughout the engineering lifecycle. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $120,000 to $160,000, based on experience.
