The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least one year of relevant experience. Experience in construction site management, conceptual design, and CAD programs is highly valued. This role offers exposure to high-volume production environments similar to automotive or electronics industries.

SpaceX offers a comprehensive benefits package including equity opportunities, full healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and generous paid time off. The compensation range is competitive, ranging from $95,000 to $130,000 based on experience and qualifications.

This position requires compliance with ITAR regulations, meaning candidates must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, refugees, or asylees. SpaceX is committed to equal opportunity employment and maintains a merit-based hiring approach.
