Responsibilities For Electrical Engineer (Instrumentation and Controls)

  • Maintain operational capability of control voltage level (<60V) electrical systems
  • Develop and upgrade data acquisition and control systems
  • Create new automation systems for avionics and engine testing
  • Provide technical support for controls technicians and non-controls engineering groups
  • Develop new hardware and processes to improve capabilities
  • Analyze data to assess function and health of electrical systems
  • Assist in design and analysis of experiments to evaluate test articles

Requirements For Electrical Engineer (Instrumentation and Controls)

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in physics, electrical engineering or computer engineering
  • 1+ years of experience with data acquisition systems
  • Ability to work at elevated heights (200+ feet)
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements)
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted
  • Available to work extended hours and weekends when needed
